What is the Audience Library, and how do I use it?

The Audience Builder is where you can create, edit, and manage your audience cohorts throughout the duration of your project. Use this feature to generate unique insights by creating new audience segments on top of those that you already track. 


This is a great way to dig down and identify segments within the population who you may have previously overlooked in your marketing efforts. Is your brand campaign truly connecting with the targeted audience, or has it actually been more effective for another cohort?

Creating/Editing an Audience

Creating new audiences is easy. Either click the ‘+’ icon at the top of the page, or ‘+Create Audience’ below the Audience Library to get started. 

From here, you’ll want to give your audience a unique identifier as a name. Then, simply select the audience characteristics and demographics you’d like it to reflect, and click save. The audience will then appear in your Audience Library. 


It is important to note, that the more niche of an audience you create, the more likely you are to see dramatic changes between waves.
